Your rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights over your information:

  • To fair processing by us of your information in a clear and transparent manner
  • To access, correct, update, or request that we stop processing or delete your information. 
  • To withdraw your consent for processing where we rely on your consent to process your information.
  • To gain access to your personal data, and receive a copy of same, and information on how we process your data
  • That we delete your personal data if you so wish.
  • To demand that we limit processing of personal data we hold about you.
  • To oppose our processing of your personal data if our legitimate interests impose on your rights and freedoms in law. You have the legal right to oppose our processing of your data if we are doing it for the purposes of direct marketing.

Data erasure and storage period

The personal data of the affected person is deleted or blocked, as soon as the purpose of storage is no longer valid. Beyond this point, storage is permissible, if European or national lawmakers have provided for this possibility in EU regulations, laws or other directives to which the responsible party is subject. The data is also blocked or deleted, when a mandatory retention period specified by the above-mentioned standards expires, unless further storage of the data is required for concluding or executing a contract.

Our website

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
